ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED IN THE

CAMPTONVILLE COMMUNITY CENTER

CAMPTONVILLE COMMUNITY SERVICE DISTRICT


In 2015, the local Masonic organization donated their 1950s era building to the Camptonville Community Service District.


The Service District provides fiscal, legal, and policy oversight and direction for the renovation of the Community Center.



SRI MOONSHINE MUSIC FESTIVAL


The Sri Moonshine Music Series, curated by world renowned musician and composer Terry Riley, presents New Music performances in the Community Center’s Performing Arts Hall.


With an intimate venue that fosters a direct experience between artists and audience, the music series introduces the dynamic, distinctive, positive sounds of original New Music previously unknown in the Camptonville area.




CAMPTONVILLE HISTORICAL SOCIETY


A 501 (c)(3) dedicated to the preservation and display of the history of the greater Camptonville area.


The Historical Society will create Camptonville’s first history museum at the Community Center to showcase Gold Rush Era artifacts and history of the region and Bullards Bar Reservoir.



CAMPTONVILLE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVOCATES


A 501 (c)(3) dedicated to enhancing the well-being of residents in the greater Camptonville area with a purpose of creating the Community Center as the hub for performing arts, for expanding activities in arts and crafts, education, recreation, and as the place for public and private community gatherings.
